The Following are the requiments for legibility for admission to the Bachelor of Laws programme in the Catholic University of Malawi.
The Common regulations for all Bachelors degree in the Catholic University of Malawi shall apply.
Candidates applying the foundation year must pass the Catholic University of Malawi entrance examination with six credit passes including English in MSCE examinations or its equivalent.
Candidates with University level qualifications will need to be interviewed for a possible selection to the 1st year of law.

Duration
The duration of the study for the Bachelor’s Degree in Law is four years excluding the one year of the foundation stage.
