The window for submitting applications is from September to the first week of December each year. Application forms are available at the University’s Main Campus (Nguludi, Chiradzulu) the Catholic Secretariat (Area 11, Lilongwe), and all Diocesan Education Offices (Blantyre, Chikwawa, Dedza, Karonga, Lilongwe, Mangochi, Mzuzu and Zomba)

We select both new form four graduates as well as those who hold certificated, diplomas and degrees. Depending with the qualification that you hold, you may start on First year, or second year or even in third year.

1. Physically hand it in at our main campus in Nguludi
2. Upload a scanned copy of the form and bank receipt by clicking here or on the upload application button
3. Send it by post to “The Registrar, The Catholic University of Malawi, P.O. Box 5452, Limbe”

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of K8,000 or USD 25 (foreign students), deposited into one of the University’s bank accounts.
